Our state of the art design of the system includes homogenizers for preparing a pre-mix, grinding the final product with our ZR-splash mill and further filling/packaging the prepared product in the desired form.

  • A complete processing unit for creating premix up to filling/ packaging of the prepared product.
  • Our mills are capable of achieving superfine droplets (up to nano-particles) at even higher flow rates, thus increasing the efficiency and profitability of the process.
  • The systems are tailor-made as per the desired production rates, level of automation and final achievable particle size.
  • The production rate ranges from lab-scale pilot systems up to 20,000 Liters per hour.
