The process involves thorough cleaning, soaking and peeling of the raw vegetables into cleaned and peeled vegetables by using suitable washers and peelers for the desired vegetable. There is a wide range of washers and peelers available for the wide range of vegetable and a suitable model shall be selected based upon the processing of the particular vegetable.
